TOPIC: "The Architecture of Implementation": using a tool-set of processes
(interviews, BPA, system's analysis/design, different communities of
practice, front-line users, project champions, managers, etc.) to forment
successful systems change, implementation and adoption of that system."

TOPIC: "Usability: what is it, and where does it fit?" We'll explore the
issues around usability and it's impact when considering systems change.
This discussion will lay the groundwork for a future BPAWG meeting dedicated
to the usability topic.
