The Techno TrueType font was included with both Mac OS 8.6 and 9.x,
according to this Apple support article:
"Mac OS 7.x, 8.x 9.x: Fonts Included With Major System Releases"

You might check to see if you have it on any primary or
supplemental install disks for any of the relevant Mac OS releases.
