Subject: New Date for Deploying UniBears - January 28, 2006

To minimize the impact of changing to a new voicemail system, CNS will
implement the new voicemail system in phases, bringing many campus
departments aboard early. Your account on the new system will be
available on Monday, November 14, 2005 for you to change your passcode and
record your name. We will cut the entire campus over on January 28, 2006.

We encourage departments to take advantage of the phased implementation by
becoming early adopters. You can read more about the benefits of this at:

Please send email to unibears-earlyadopter@lists.berkeley.edu if you or
your department would like to participate.

For those who do not migrate early, please make note of these important dates:

November 14, 2005 (Monday): Pre-cutover configuration period begins. Set
up your new mailbox
January 28, 2006 (Saturday): Cut over day
January 30, 2006 (Monday): First business day on new system
