NO CAMPUS BROADCAST of MacWorld Keynote on 1/11 (was Steve Jobs' Macworld Keynote broadcast in 127 Dwinelle on Tue, 1/11, 9 am)

We've just gotten word from Apple that Steve Jobs' keynote address
from this year's Macworld Expo *will not be broadcast via satellite*,
unlike keynotes in previous years.

This means that ETS' broadcast of that keynote, previously scheduled
for Tuesday, 1/11, at 9:00 am, in 127 Dwinelle, *WILL NOT BE HELD*.

Details from Apple appear below, with thanks to Apple's Jane Pimentel
and her counterpart, Anne VanMiddlesworth, for pursuing a definitive
answer on this for us. As noted below, Steve Jobs' keynote will be
available as a webcast, but sometime (not yet specified) *after* his
talk is over.

>>>Apple will not be making satellite coordinates available.

>>>Although the keynote WILL be available on our web site - it will NOT be
>>>available until sometime AFTER the keynote is over. They do NOT have a
>>>time determined, so it may not be immediately after the keynote is
>>>over
>>>Thank you - sorry to be the bearer of the news.
