We've just gotten word from Apple that Steve Jobs' keynote address
from this year's Macworld Expo *will not be broadcast via satellite*,
unlike keynotes in previous years.
This means that ETS' broadcast of that keynote, previously scheduled
for Tuesday, 1/11, at 9:00 am, in 127 Dwinelle, *WILL NOT BE HELD*.
Details from Apple appear below, with thanks to Apple's Jane Pimentel
and her counterpart, Anne VanMiddlesworth, for pursuing a definitive
answer on this for us. As noted below, Steve Jobs' keynote will be
available as a webcast, but sometime (not yet specified) *after* his
talk is over.
