suggestions on install of Hyperion BAIRS update

Hi BAIRS Support Folks on this list:

I had difficulty when following the instructions provided on
  http://www.bai.berkeley.edu/bairs/bairs_hyp.htm for IE
after making adjustments to the browser as suggested, the install
window didn't come up--it wanted to download something.

Consulting with the ASD HelpDesk, I learned: that the website says
to skip step 8 of Configure your browser is you are not using XP SP1.
It seems they meant to say SP2!!

Additionally, it was suggested that any firewall be turned off before
beginning the install (also not on the webpage) - don't forget to
reactivate it when done!

I hope this makes transition smoother for anyone encountering the
same problems I did.
