Through some strange synchronicity, I just recently saw mention of
a product like this, made by 3M (of course! :-).
"3M Notebook/LCD Privacy Computer Filters"
In addition to ordering directly from 3M's store, a Google search
indicates that some third-party vendors also carry these. One
example:
