Workload for managing large majordomo lists?

Greetings,

I've been asked to come up with an estimate of how much time would
take to manage a large 2-3K subscription open/posting moderated
majordomo list. This would include periodically purging the list of
bad (bounced) addresses and corresponding with members. Can anyone
with a large list give me a ballpark estimate of how many hours per
week or per mailing it takes to manage?
