2 Mac questions

Folks,

I understand that DiskWarrior is probably the choice for drive protection,
etc. What about de-fragmenting drives? I've seen on a couple of other lists
comments about not trusting Norton. What other utilities exist that will do
a thorough job of de-fragmenting a drive. I'm talking about internal drives
on a G4 800 DP. One is a Maxtor 120, the other is a 40 Gig that came with
the machine.

Also, for something a little less current, anyone have a good source for
Apple Personal Laserwriter Cartridges?
