David,
I'm having the same problem with another user's computer, G4,
10.2.6., Epson 777i printer, stopped printing all PDFs (using both
version 6 and version 5), got that same error no matter what I tried
to print, even though when I emailed the PDF to myself, using an iMac
with 10.2.6, Acrobat version 6, I printed fine. I still haven't
found a solution yet (other than a workaround by having the user use
Preview instead which prints fine), tried removing all versions so
there was only one version (a suggestion I found at Google Groups),
but that didn't work for me. What I haven't tried yet is removing
the OS 10.2.6 plist prefs for Acrobat to see if that fixes the
problem. Doing that fixed an iTunes crashing problem I had. You
might try removing all versions first and then try the plist prefs.
Let me know if you find a solution.
