Hi Kristina,

As Greg noted, you can use the Startup Disk System Preference to choose
the DiskWarrior CD.

However, I just want to note that I have had problems shutting down iMacs
that are running Classic. Frequently, Classic does not want to quit, and
when this happens, the machine just does not shut down, or restart until
you force quit Classic. So, if you are running Classic on this iMac, go
to the Classic System Preference and choose Force Quit (Stop has not
worked for me in the situations where the machine will not shut down). I
honestly have not had time to diagnose why Classic will not quit.

Good luck.

Hi, all,

We have a user with an iMac with 17" flat panel not even a month old
yet, running OSX, 1 GHZ, 512 MB RAM. For some reason it has stopped
reacting to the Restart command from the drop down Apple menu - it
spins the Pizza wheel of death for ever. The only way to restart it
is to press the power button.

For that reason I was not able to run DiskWarrior - I can not restart
with the C key down. Or to restart in SafeMode with the shift key
down.

Any tips on how to solve this problem would be much appreciated.

Thanks.
