We've used Retospect for a number of years and outside of the
learning curve in using the program and setting up a backup strategy,
the only problem we've had with it is with tape drives failing
(obviously not their fault).
I use my desktop machine and schedule backups overnight. It worked
fine when I was using an SE30 and it's much faster with my current
dual 1Ghz G4.
