   I was just now able to download the WebSTAR 3.0.2 updater, as well
as the 3.0.3 updater to the WebSTAR FTP module, from:

   <ftp://ftp.4d.com/PRODUCTS/WebSTAR/Archives/3.0.x_Line/>

   If for any reason you can't get to this 4D FTP site, please let me
know and I'll send them directly to you.
