Could it be that the user was switching the monitor resolution while
the mailbox window was hidden? That would match your described
behaviour. Cmd-1 Cmd-W Cmd-1 should cure it if the user is running
5.2.1 or later, or relaunching Eudora should also cure it.
Or maybe it's something completely different. If the user doesn't
mind, you may even want to suggest the current beta of Eudora 6.0.
