Has anyone seen this before?
I've got a user Eudora 5.2.3 (whatever is the latest for OS 9) on OS
9.2.2. When she opens Eudora and she tries to open the inbox, nothing
appears even through under the Window menu it says the Inbox is open.
Making a copy of the mailbox won't open. The only way I can get it back,
is by exporting the mail to say Outlook then reimporting it to Eudora, but
then the problem comes back again.
I've had to switch her to Outlook Express which hasn't been great.
Ideally, I'd like to solve the Eudora problem.
Any ideas? Suggestions?
The Eudora knowledgebase though usually great doesn't give me any clues.
thanks, Michelle
