Hi
Lisa, thanks for the suggestion.
We tried this but without success: in network Control Panel, remove
RPC configuration; then add again.
There seem to be two, possibly related, clues:
One: on startup, a message that spooler.exe couldn't be started.
Two: when attempting to Add Printer, that Panel won't open, message
says : RPC server not available.
How does one remove the RPC server and not just the configuration?
Also, does this lead to the spooler error?
Thanks
michael
