You're not sending an attachment or anything like that, right?
Assuming you're just trying to send a regular text e-mail
message to the list, I would suggest that you have a look in your
Stylized Text settings:
Special -> Settings... Stylized Text -> Send plain text mail only
The message that you just posted to MAGNet came through as:
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii"
which should be o.k...
