I am the editor-in-chief of Berkeley Scientific Journal in the DEPARTMENT
of UNDERGRADUATE RESEARCH at UC BERKELEY. We recently spent all of our
budget on a new computer and printer. We have a G4 Mac running OS9 since
we use QuarkXPress 5.0 which is not OSX native yet. We also bought an HP
Laserjet 1200, it seems to print fine in MS Word, but when printing from
Quark it just prints out pages and pages of nothing but random characters.
I am asuming this is a postscript error of some sort, but I can't seem to
troubleshoot it, and I haven't been able to get help from the L&S computer
experts.
If you know whats going on, or can direct me to where I can find out, I
would truly appreciate it.
