I assume you looked on Dantz' ftp site?
ftp://ftp.dantz.com/pub/updates/retro43_mac_upgrades.hqx I don't know
if that's version a, b or c, but the update is dated 7/13/2000.
From the readme:
"This updates Retrospect version 4.1 or later to version 4.3. The
Retrospect 4.3 Updater will update the Retrospect application, online
help, read me files, and the Advanced Driver Kit (if appropriate).
Updated documentation is also included with the Retrospect 4.3
Updater."
