Hello,
For any linux on the mac fans out there, I spent 8 hours dowloading the
latest version of Yellow Dog linux for the mac. I've got the install CD
burned. If anyone wants a copy and would like to try it, I'll be happy to
burn a CD for you. This will save you the download time, cost, and
university bandwidth.

I installed it on a blue/silver G4 and it looks fine with the X graphics
system nice and clean with KDE.
