Nathan,

Thanks for the advice. I have been getting an error message "The Disk Sara's
Mac appears to be damaged. Use a disk repair utility to repair the disk."
Sometimes I can reboot with Norton and get it running again. Other times,
Norton is unable to fix the disk and I have had to reformat. I've even tried
a new HD. I'm trying 9.2.1 now on a different cpu with the same software. If
that doesn't work, I'll try 9.1.
