You should be able to get it to 9.1 easily enough.
I believe that some folks have either hand-installed 9.2
components on 9.1 machines, or installed on "approved" 9.2 hardware
and then put that system onto the officially-unsupported machine.
(This from memory... apoligies if I'm off.)
