Thanks for your enquiry. It's great to know that, now that you're
working at SBC (the parent company of PacBell), you're endeavoring to
better support Macintosh users of your company's DSL service.
We've encountered these types of issues, in part, in our work on
the Connecting@Berkeley CD. We would be glad to correspond with you
