Hi,

We've been getting it sporadically in our labs. I really don't think
that extension is vital and plan to remove it in the future. By this
point however, I delete it and then another extension has a problem to the
point where I'm better off replacing the entire extension folder with a
backup copy.

Our systems are currently 9.0.4. I think it is related to synching with
our server clock, but I haven't tested other possibilites yet.
