Hi,
I don't have a Mac OS 9 disk handy at the moment, but according to
this source, since the only difference between Modern Greek and
English are the fonts and keyboard layout, there is no longer a Greek
language kit:

You can find commercial Greek fonts at:
http://www.linguistsoftware.com/mg.htm#Macintosh
There are probably shareware/freeware versions as well.
