[MAGNet] Blank emails from Outlook Express

Hello all,
A number of staff members in my dept have complained of getting
emails that are blank in the body of the message. It seems that the
culprit is Outlook express. If the email is resent using plain text
with no formatting, the email is fine.
Any ideas why this is happening and how to fix. BTW: all of us are using Macs.
