Do not be surprised receiving this letter from an
unknown person. I am Mr. BILL THEMBA ZULU. A South
African and was the director for delivery of a
reputable security company by the name STALLION
SECURITY COMPANY (PTY) LTD, South Africa. During an
inventory taking early this year, I noticed a box with
an inscription DIPLOMATIC LUGGAGE deposited since
1998. Going through the records available, it was
observed that late President MOBUTU SESE SEIKO of
former Republic of Zaire now known as Democratic
Republic of Congo (DRC) deposited this luggage. I
opened it and saw that the box contains TWENTY ONE
MILLION U. S. DOLLARS (US$21M) and concluded that this
fund belonged to the Government of Zaire but he (The
President) smuggled it out for his private use.

I immediately destroyed all the documents and
information concerning the President's name.
Fortunately or unfortunately, he died after he was
over thrown. Surprisingly, none of his relations and
even the management of STALLION SECURITY COMPANY know
about this fund because nobody has come to claim or
ask about it. I therefore smuggled it out and
deposited it in another Security Company whose name
will be given to you when I receive your reply. Since
I was an employee, I decided to contact you through
this medium to help me transfer this fund into your
bank account in your country. On the other hand, you
can contact a reliable and honest person for me if you
cannot handle it alone.

NOTE: All the documents and information concerning the
depositor (THE PRESIDENT) have been destroyed so that
it will be easy to claim and transfer it to your
account or company's account in your country. Once an
agreement is reached, I will obtain legal documents
proving the source and purpose of transferring the
fund. Secondly, I have contacted a senior bank
director who promised to assist us handle this
business once you show your interest. If you agree to
help me transfer this fund I will offer you FIVE
MILLION U. S. DOLLARS (US$5M).
