Dear Sir / Madam,
I guess you will be apprehensive of my e-mail particularly
due to its nature, but I assure you that it is in the best
interest of helping each other that I am making this
contact with you on behalf of my family.
My name is Mr. Franklin Nivose, I am a Liberian presently
residing in a refugee camp in Kano State-Nigeria. I am the
first of the five children of late Mr. Fitzgerald Nivose
former President of Liberians United For Reconciliation and
Democracy (LURD) a politically motivated
Association/organization that was formed by my late father
and his Friends to champion the cause
of the common Liberians, particularly to challenge the
injustices and corruption of President Charles Taylor's
government.
Government Forces murdered my father in cold bold on the
morning of July 22nd, 2003 together with 21 other top
members of (LURD). Our properties, International Passports
and that of other top members of Liberians United For
Reconciliation and Democracy, which was later, declared as
Rebel Group by the same Government of Charles Taylor was
seized and bank accounts frozen.
We managed to escape to this refugee camp in Nigeria
through the assistance of the International Rescue
Committee (IRC) during the war in my country. Words alone
cannot explain what myself and my family has gone through
and is still going through until this time, As such I will
ask that you imagine life in a refugee camp.
I decided to contact you on the strength of the advise of
my lawyer and considering my status here as a refugee, and
the fact that the immigration laws does not permit me under
the present refugee status to operate any bank account in
this country.
Therefore, I need your assistance and co-operation to
claim a deposit that was made in my name by my late father
in a security/finance company in Nigeria. I very much
depend on the amount of Seven Million Six Hundred Thousand
US Dollars (US$7.600,000.00) which is contained in the
deposit for the continued existence of my family as such I
cannot trust any Nigerian that I have met to assist me in
this regard without taking advantage of my position when
eventually this money is transferred onto his custody.
My lawyer will take care of all the relevant paper work to
ensure that the beneficiary status of the deposit is
transferred in your name legally and that the deposit is
transferred to any of the security/finance company’s
branch near to you to enable you claim the deposit instead
of coming to Nigeria.
It is my prayer and that of my family that God in his
infinite mercies will reward and pay you back for the
inconveniences this my proposal might cause you.
I hope you will consider my proposal favorably. Please
reply through my private e-mail adds.

Franklin Nivose
