Thank you for taking the time to help me with my inquiry.

I live in the United States and I know an individual that lives in Nigeria,
West Africa. He is 20 years old and has excellent English skills. His dream
is to come to the United States for training in a United States University.

I mentioned to him that I would look into information on how he can start
this process. While the department may not be able to help him at this time,
maybe someone there could assist me by directing me to some individuals or
locations that can help me find out more information.
