Purchasing support from LSCR

 

LSCR offers a number of service plans for various types of support. If you are currently an LSCR customer and wish to change or cancel a service that you already have, please email contracts@LS.Berkeley.EDU.

To discuss your needs or learn how to arrange a new support contract with LSCR, please contact the appropriate team or individual as described below:

Desktop support
If you currently have an annual desktop support contract with LSCR and wish to add a customer, please email contracts@LS.Berkeley.EDU. If you are not a current customer and would like to set up a new annual desktop support contract, an hourly or retainer contract for desktop support, or a faculty retainer contract with LSCR, please contact Tom Holub, Director of Computing, College of Letters & Science, tom@LS.Berkeley.EDU. If you currently have an annual support contract with LSCR and would like to set up an hourly or retainer contract for services not covered by the annual support contract, please contact your desktop support team.
Unix support
To establish a new support contract with LSCR, please email sysadmin@LS.Berkeley.EDU.
Server support
If you would like LSCR to provide support for your Windows-based servers or Active Directory, please contact winserv@LS.Berkeley.EDU. For management of Mac servers, please contact yosemite@LS.Berkeley.EDU.
Web services
Contact web_development@LS.Berkeley.EDU if you would like LSCR's assistance in designing or maintaining your website.
Database services
Contact databases@LS.Berkeley.EDU if you would like LSCR's assistance in developing or maintaining databases.
