Fellowship Program to Advance Knowledge of Human Genes

Celera takes lead in meeting funding challenge

 

The "Innovation Fellows" program will help further the key goal of making it possible to interpret the tremendous amount of data resulting from human genome sequencing in a way that's affordable enough to become routine in health care.

With financial support from Celera, an Alameda-based molecular diagnostics business focused on personalized disease management, the center will gain an Innovation Fellow for three years.
